This product is a stainless steel butt welding equal diameter four way, manufactured in accordance with standard GB/T12459 2017, with material options of SS304 (S30408) and SS316L (S31603). Utilizing a seamless steel pipe hydraulic bulge forming one piece process, the inner cavities of the four ends feature a smooth streamlined transition, significantly reducing fluid turbulence resistance, making it a core pressure bearing component for multi directional diversion and collection piping networks. The raw material is high quality stainless steel pipe billet with uniform and stable metallographic structure, subjected to complete solution heat treatment and pickling and passivation treatment, offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and chloride ion corrosion, suitable for demanding industrial fluid conditions in chemical, water treatment, food, and other industries. The ends are machined with standard welding bevels, allowing fusion welding with pipes of the same outer diameter; after welding, the pipeline forms an integrated sealed structure, resistant to pressure and vibration, with extremely low leakage risk during long term operation.
