Stainless Steel 90° Long Radius Butt-Welded Elbow
This product is a 90° long radius butt welded elbow, manufactured in accordance with standard GB, with material options of S30408 (304) and S31603 (316L). It is integrally formed from seamless steel pipe by hydraulic bulging, featuring a smooth internal flow path with low fluid resistance. The raw material undergoes solution heat treatment and pickling and passivation, offering excellent corrosion resistance and anti rust properties, suitable for various corrosive industrial fluid piping systems. The ends are machined with standard welding bevels, and after fusion welding with pipes, the entire structure is pressure resistant and vibration proof, with extremely low leakage probability. It is widely used in chemical, oil & gas, and water treatment piping systems for directional changes under pressure.
